Overview:
Support the finance and HR teams with accounting, documentation, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and invoice processing
- Manage employee expense claims and monitor payments
- Maintain HR records, assist with bookkeeping, and organize finance documents
- Track license renewals and statutory deadlines
- Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding
- Oversee office supplies and inventory
- Perform daily administrative tasks and support office operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to multitask
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
