Job Description

We are looking for an experienced candidate responsible to set up and drive the implementation of a company-wide HRIS system for a pharmaceutical MNC.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and develop HR requirements for HRIS and payroll systems
• Plan, implement and oversee vendors configuring the HRIS and payroll systems according to local and global HR requirements
• Maintain documentation of HR processes, procedures and requirements as required during the implementation of the HRIS and payroll systems
• Develop and coordinate HR user acceptance testing
• Development of training material, coordination and delivery of training to HR staff and end-users
• Assist HR in the change process and provide non-technical support to end-users during rollout

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience
• Led requirements development session
• Developed documentation the reflects requirements
• Demonstrated excellent planning, structure, and project management
• Taken ownership of end-to-end processes
