To support in designing and maintenance of the SuccessFactors
Assist to performing security and system analysis, consulting with other stakeholders to offer solutions
Assist to managing current and future integration scope, third party relationships, ongoing systems maintenance)
HR information systems - systems implementations and management (including roll out of future modules)
Understanding of SuccessFactors configurations
Prepare and keep up to date SF blueprints documentations and ensure documentations including audit change, ensure consistent technical architectural standards are met across SF (in production and UAT), including RBP set up.
Ensure HRIS is set up using HR best practice business process design, run workshops scope out requirements locally when required
Able to understand business requirements and manage conversion of them into SF HRIS designs and configuration
Prepare and ensure systems cyber security and data governance meet all legal requirement and data integrity.
