Support the HRIS implementation to implement new HR Systems or migrate data from the legacy system to the new HR Systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Evaluate processes and systems for operational excellence, including system user acceptance testing and go-live launch.
Perform training sessions to teach users on HRIS functionality and provide ongoing support to maximize system utilization.
Liaise with cross-functional teams for system updates, enhancements, and integrations.
Assist the HR team in pre-hire, on-boarding, existing processes, off-boarding, and training records administration.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
At least 2 years of system management experience in HRIS systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
