Job Description


We are pleased to be collaborating with a Renewable Energies conglomerate to appoint a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS \xe2\x80\x93 SAP Successfactors) Manager into their HR team. Guided by the mission of ushering in solutions that create positive impacts on people and the planet, they have identified technological means as a key engine, including the furtherance of the people agenda, and are hence looking for a solutions-oriented Human Resources (HR) practitioner who can invigorate extant HR Systems to achieve operational efficiency. This is an individual contributor role is based in Singapore.

Reporting into the Regional HR Director, the successful individual will serve as the go-to subject matter expert who is fundamentally responsible for both business-as-usual activities and project matters (especially collaborating with local and global/Group teams). This means providing Tier 1/2 HRIS support to key queries as Successfactors is a relatively nascent tool to the organisation as well as proactively partnering colleagues working across the different HR functions to understand extant needs, identify gaps, gather design requirements and propose solutions to enhance relevant workflows. Operationally, you will lead a team to provide technical guidance and conduct relevant trainings to colleagues on applicable SAP Successfactors functions in order to raise overall organization literacy. Put simply, this role involves a commitment towards continuous improvements as well as translating between HR and technological needs.

We are looking for a proven HRIS practitioner with knowledge and hands-on experience implementing SAP Successfactors, including follow-up enhancements. Aside from possessing the technical know-hows, you should be able to work well in project teams spanning different scales (i.e. demonstrated agility). In essence, individuals who demonstrate a strong desire to challenge the status quo through enhancement works will be highly favoured.
