Our Client:
Our client is a multinational corporation with a focus on delivering engineering solutions globally. Singapore serves as the Regional HQ, and the company is expanding its presence in India and Southeast Asia. They are currently seeking a HRMS, Manager to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:
\xe3\x83\xbbImplements and maintains processes and systems that support strategic HR projects for various HR functions
\xe3\x83\xbbEvaluates the effectiveness of HR processes and systems, as well as liaises with various stakeholders to understand their data reporting and analysis requirements
\xe3\x83\xbbLeverages on technologies to improve HR processes and systems and is at ease working with information technologies to derive data analytics and communicate insights in a compelling manner
\xe3\x83\xbbIdentify the operational needs for HR systems and infrastructure capabilities
\xe3\x83\xbbEstablish business case for new system implementation by synthesizing organizational requirements to determine overall budget requirements for HR systems implementation
\xe3\x83\xbbEstablish processes and systems that support HR operations \'needs
\xe3\x83\xbbConduct Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for HR systems
\xe3\x83\xbbEvaluate available HR systems and vendors to recommend suitable options
\xe3\x83\xbbDetermine system functionalities and customizations to be incorporated in HR systems
\xe3\x83\xbbDetermine implementation plans for HR systems
\xe3\x83\xbbLead implementation and roll out of HR systems to The Company & Group of companies in Southeast Asia and India
\xe3\x83\xbbTrain HR operations team members in the implementation of HR systems
\xe3\x83\xbbDesign feedback channels to gather inputs on effectiveness of HR systems and processes from the lines of business
\xe3\x83\xbbEvaluate effectiveness of HR systems and processes against requirements, objectives and user needs
\xe3\x83\xbbWork with Information Security and Technology team members to monitor compliance of HR systems with data and regulatory requirements
\xe3\x83\xbbRecommend improvement to HR systems and processes
\xe3\x83\xbbManage the impact of change made to HR systems and processes with the various stakeholders

Requirements

The Requirements:
\xe3\x83\xbbBachelor\'s Degree in Arts & Social Sciences / Human Resource Management / Computer Science
\xe3\x83\xbbMin. 10 years of experience in HRMS manager position
\xe3\x83\xbbPractical experience with HRMS implementation and administration, including payroll systems
\xe3\x83\xbbPractical experience in HR digitalisation/transformation, data analytical and reporting
\xe3\x83\xbbIT system-savvy and exposure to use of HR systems
\xe3\x83\xbbGood communication, project management and organizational skills
\xe3\x83\xbbExperience in managing diverse group of stakeholders in regional or global organization
\xe3\x83\xbbGood working knowledge with relevant statutory guidelines in SEA & India region
