Staff referral
Spot Award management
Data Quality Monitoring
Long Service award administration such as preparing list of LSA recipients every year to ensure that the select choice of award is given out to employee promptly, organizing the annual award ceremony
Arrange temporary accommodation including invoicing
Daily card transmission and staff card printing
Responding to ex-employees Reference Check and collate new hires\xe2\x80\x99 reference checks
Adhoc tasks and reporting (leave cover, updating the HRSS dashboard, as assigned)

1 year contract

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma with relevant experience or Degree in HR/Business
