Job Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance of the building's facilities and building services.
• Develop and drive site facility and security maintenance plans and schedules for inspection, testing, repair, and predictive maintenance of equipment and systems.
• Ensure facility works are carried out to comply with Singapore statutory regulations and legislation.
• Manage contractor safety to ensure contractors are reviewed and controlled in compliance with requirements, including supervising, verifying, and inspecting certified works carried out by PM & CM contractors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on scheduled facility maintenance to minimize disruption to daily operations.
• Proactively in ensuring facility equipment failure/faults are rectified timely to minimize delays to daily operations.
• Prepare to attend all emergency calls during or after office hours 24/7 inclusive of public holidays.
• Support in driving the organization's management system in compliance with all applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements from applicable statutory regulation and legislation, ISO14001 / ISO45001 standards and customer requirements.
• Administer reported HSE concern reports and liaise with process owner to develop and implement improvement actions.
• Support in HSE risk management plans and risk controls in alignment with the organization's risk management framework.
• Monitor internal HSE audits and inspection programs and follow-up corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure.
• Ability to facilitate external regulatory inspection and 3rd party audit independently.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management / Real Estate or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience within the Aerospace industry.
• Familiar with Singapore regulation (BCA / WSH / NEA / SCDF Act), ISO 9001:2015 / 14001 / 45001 / AS9100 standards.
• Prior experience in HSE / Facility with a proficient understanding of airworthiness requirements will be advantageous.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working Location: Seletar Aerospace (shuttle bus provided at Bedok and Sengkang MRT).
