Responsibilities: * Coordinate, implement and maintain safety, health and environment (HSE) activities. * Support lead HSE to implement project HSE programs & initiatives * Informs in writing Responsibilities : Coordinate, implement and maintain safety, health and environment (HSE) activities. Support lead HSE to implement project HSE programs & initiatives Informs in writing to the HSE Manager on completion of the provision of necessary HSE equipment and fire preventive measures has been taken on board. Inspect and ensure safety measure have been taken on board. Endorse the various Permit-To-Work authorised by the company. Conduct daily inspection of project work and activities to ensure compliance with Government legislations and company's regulations. Investigate incidents, analysis of root causes and recommend corrective measures. Perform fire fighting and rescue operation when required. Plan, control and prepare work schedules, manpower distribution and tasks. Plan and execute yearly fire drills. Perform any other duties as assigned by superior(s) from time to time.
