Job Description


:

  • Conduct routine check on hygiene audit to improve and maintain good personal and food hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards of the kitchens
  • Work closely with subcontractors\' management and contractor on pest control issues and recommend corrective measures.
  • Assist to enforce on food safety and housekeeping procedures in compliance with NEA regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor the status of NEA Food Handlers\' Food Hygiene Certificates.
  • To ensure the proper documentation to fulfill HACCP requirement
  • Implementing Contractor systems and conducting routine checks to ensure that all food handlers practice good food and personal hygiene when preparing food
  • overseeing the cleanliness of the food premises
  • following and enforcing all sanitation procedures are in place
  • Use Corporate checklists to ensure that subcontractors can adhere to Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Location : Jurong Island Working hours: 60 hours per week. (Monday to friday 7 am to 7pm, Saturday 7 am to 12)
