Conduct routine check on hygiene audit to improve and maintain good personal and food hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards of the kitchens
Work closely with subcontractors\' management and contractor on pest control issues and recommend corrective measures.
Assist to enforce on food safety and housekeeping procedures in compliance with NEA regulatory requirements.
Monitor the status of NEA Food Handlers\' Food Hygiene Certificates.
To ensure the proper documentation to fulfill HACCP requirement
Implementing Contractor systems and conducting routine checks to ensure that all food handlers practice good food and personal hygiene when preparing food
overseeing the cleanliness of the food premises
following and enforcing all sanitation procedures are in place
Use Corporate checklists to ensure that subcontractors can adhere to Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Location : Jurong Island Working hours: 60 hours per week. (Monday to friday 7 am to 7pm, Saturday 7 am to 12)
