Job Responsibilities:
- Implement HSE program for the plant in alignment with corporate HSE policy/ programs and ISO45001 requirements
- Ensures updating & maintenance of relevant HSE documentation for the company and project.
- Carries out and complies with all duties and requirements of Workplace Safety & Health Act.
- Conduct, review and approve contractor work request, risk assessment and required permitting requirements.
- Attend required HSE meetings and conduct required inspections and audits.
- Performs any other duties, within the scope of the position that are assigned by the Department Manager as and when the need arises.
- Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer
- At least Diploma with at least 2 years\' HSE experience in construction, oil & gas and other major industries
- Working knowledge and experience with ISO14001 / ISO45001 & Integrated Management Systems
- Independent, driven, good energy and work with minimum supervision
- Internal auditor or assessor qualification will be an added advantage
