Duties & Responsibilities
1. Ensure compliance with WSH legislation, company safety rules, and codes of practice.
2. Implement and oversee project-specific HSE management systems and programs.
3. Conduct safety audits, inspections, meetings, briefings, and training.
4. Investigate incidents, recommend corrective/preventive actions, and ensure follow-up.
5. Liaise with project teams, authorities, and management on WSH/ENV matters.
6. Maintain accurate safety records, reports, PTW documents, and emergency preparedness.
Job Requirements
1. Diploma/Degree in WSH or related discipline; MOM-registered WSHO.
2. 5+ years' relevant construction experience (CAG project experience preferred).
3. Strong knowledge of WSH/ENV regulations; ability to work independently and in teams.
4. Own transport preferred.
