As a HSE Specialist, you\'ll support health, safety, and environment (HSE) activities for the Chemical plant located in Jurong Island. You\'re to provide HSE technical guidance accordance to Baker Hughes policies & procedures. Expert in legislation standard for facilities operations

As a HSE Specialist - Oilfield Industrial Chemical, you will be responsible for:

Developing, Implementing, maintaining, and auditing Baker Hughes HSE Management System at worksite.

Being visible in the field and approachable for HSE matters within all level of personnel within Baker Hughes business structure.

Supporting Plant Manager and site team to ensure compliance with applicable HSE laws, regulations, and requirements.

Investigating incidents / near-miss events and complete RCA investigation report at worksite with final report submitted to HSE Manager and Plant Manager

Organizing HSE events / programs / initiatives / trainings that recommended by Regional & Global HSE functions with the worksite team inclusive of maintaining HSE items\xe2\x80\x99 stock.

Developing and maintaining emergency response capability and coordinating the emergency response activities for the site.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, Safety, Health and Environment or Diploma can be considered.

Have 5 - 10 years of Health, Safety & Environment experience in the chemical manufacturing (Batch Processing) or refinery industry. Having operations experience is an added advantage.

Have WSHO (Workplace Safety and Health Officer) registration and Fire Safety Manager registration.

Have flexibility on working hours (Weekend).
