Facilitate & conduct HSE Induction programs
Plan and conduct safety inspections, accident and incident investigations
Evaluate, update & conduct risk assessments to identify hazardous work activities and implement control measures in compliance with MOM's WSH regulations
Supervise and coordinate shipyard security, safety, occupational health, environmental, fire safety, and emergency response programs
Promote a strong safety culture through supervision, training, and enforcement of safe work practices
Maintain and manage shipyard HSE records
Ensure safety-related records, permits, and documentation are maintained in compliance with ISO 45001 standards
Endorse and manage Permit-to-Work documentation

Qualifications
:
WSQ Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level A)
Skills & Attributes

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Independent, diligent, and highly motivated with the ability to solve problems
Excellent report writing, incident investigation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage work at height (Added advantage)
Confined Space Assessor Certification (Added advantage)
