About the Role
The HSEQA Coordinator will report to the HSEQ Manager and will assist in HSEQ functions supporting internally to all departments on HSE projects and internal programs, and conducting quality assurances inspections and verifications. Other than compilation of weekly HSE Data, you will be also expected to participate in discussions, site walkabouts and support the departments in the review and improvement of their HSE implementation. You will also assist to review inspection forms content, compile quality records and the updating of relevant project / service quality records. You are expected to work with the production QC team and Project Managers, and Service Managers in ensuring the proper inspection, documentation and recording of all quality related results. Responsibilities

• Assist HSE team in weekly consolidation of HSE related data.
• Participate in monthly HSE committee meeting and help follow up on outstanding matters addressed in the meeting.
• Assist to conduct follow ups on observation and near miss reports, and incident report action plans for closure of the reports.
• Provide support to functions in reviewing of HSE documents such as risk assessments and safe work procedures.
• Participate in HSE/QMS Audits (ISO/Site) and HSE related incident investigation.
• Participate in Quality Related Incident Investigation (AIR)

Requirement

• Engineering Related discipline (e.g. mechanical, electrical, aerospace, materials, megatronics or steel work, mechanical or manufacturing related engineering discipline)
• Related HSE experience in manufacturing/construction/process plant/marine.
• Good experience and knowledge with machine operations and related engineering knowledge with good safety concepts.
• Prior experience with quality control and assurance implementation.
• Fresh Graduate without prior experience will be considered.
