Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and security vulnerabilities.

• Monitor compliance with safety and security regulations and industry best practices.

• Act as the primary point of contact for HSS-related incidents, emergencies, and crisis management.

• Coordinate responses to incidents, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

• Organize and conduct training programs for employees and contractors to promote safety awareness and security consciousness.

• Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team to enhance safety and security measures.

• Oversee access control, surveillance systems, and security personnel to protect company assets.

• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and security partners to ensure a safe and secure environment.

• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, security breaches, and compliance activities.

• Prepare and submit regular reports to management and regulatory authorities.

• Analyze safety and security data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancement.

• Implement and champion a culture of continuous improvement in HSS practices.

Profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Safety Management, Security Management, Occupational Health and Safety)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in health, safety, and security management or any relavent industry.

• Strong knowledge of local and international safety and security regulations.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience in leadership roles with SCDF and SPF.
