What this job involves:
PERFORMANCE
\xe2\x8e\xbcImplement Global HSSE strategic objectives (within Corporate Solutions), ensuring effective operational relevance within the area of responsibility
\xe2\x8e\xbcManage and reduce operational risks by providing guidance and advice on HSSE risk management at all levels
\xe2\x8e\xbcProvide technical advice on relevant HSSE issues and communicate notifications of changes in legislation that will impact service delivery and/or client occupancy
\xe2\x8e\xbcEnsure a continued working knowledge of relevant current legislation
\xe2\x8e\xbcIdentify improvement opportunities and support the account team in identifying practical cost-effective solutions and controls for HSSE risks
\xe2\x8e\xbcEnsure building related risk assessments are in place in line with legal requirements and Client Global Risk Control Standards
\xe2\x8e\xbcManage account for incident and accident investigations
\xe2\x8e\xbcSupport implementation of an effective account HSSE communication plan within the Region
LEADERSHIP
\xe2\x8e\xbcFoster a Culture of Safety across the Account
\xe2\x8e\xbcManage and develop the Account HSSE teams maintaining an appropriate structure to ensure operational HSSE management
\xe2\x8e\xbcSupport Regional HSSE leads in developing relationships with key internal and external HSSE stakeholders
\xe2\x8e\xbcProactively develop and manage client relationships ensuring expected service levels are achieved
\xe2\x8e\xbcDeliver an exceptional quality of service, as reflected by client feedback
\xe2\x8e\xbcEmbed JLL CS HSSE requirements and meet client requirements and standards
\xe2\x8e\xbcEstablish effective relationships and work co-operatively with the Account Teams and 3rd party vendors
\xe2\x8e\xbcContribute to the CS HSSE program as part of the global HSSE leadership team
\xe2\x8e\xbcEnsure 3rd party vendors maintain compliance with JLL CS inline with HSSE Standards at all times
STANDARDS
\xe2\x8e\xbcSupport the implementation and maintenance of JLL Global HSSE operational controls, (i.e. process, standards, procedures, and guidelines) ensuring compliance with HSSE obligations and JLL\xe2\x80\x99s HSSE aspirations
\xe2\x8e\xbc Drive the development of best practice HSSE training programs and resources within the Region
\xe2\x8e\xbcImplement HSSE strategy and operating protocols for the safety performance of JLL\xe2\x80\x99s contractors and supply chain vendors
\xe2\x8e\xbcSupport the successful delivery of HSSE regulatory responsibilities and best practices to secure regulatory compliance, including management of change related to new and revised legislation
\xe2\x8e\xbcSupport the successful management of assurance for the HSSE program, while supporting growth strategies related to Client, JLL and/or national and industry standards
CLIENT RELASHIONSHIPS
\xe2\x8e\xbcBuild, develop and maintain relationships with client\xe2\x80\x99s key representatives and local stakeholders. Developing trust and demonstrating ownership and drive of innovation and change management
\xe2\x8e\xbcDevelop and manage regular localized client meetings and feedback sessions
\xe2\x8e\xbcEnsure a pro-active approach to understanding the client\xe2\x80\x99s changing priorities
\xe2\x8e\xbcCreate and enhances standardized processes and infrastructure in order to provide superior and safe real estate and business solutions for our clients

Experience
A minimum 10 years HSSE management experience within Operational Management systems and working with corporate clients.
A strong understanding of the HSE regulatory environment for APAC countries.
Appropriate recognized Professional HSSE qualifications and memberships
Management system implementation and auditing experience;
Practical working knowledge of up-to-date tools and techniques within a real estate environment
Excellent communication skills to appropriately coach and educate at site level of the account.

Evidence of strong interpersonal skills in order to establish credibility with colleagues and senior management and to foster effective working relations with a wide range of senior internal, client and external contacts.
Knowledge and understanding of Internationally recognized HSSE Management systems.
Identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
Strong cultural awareness: unwavering ethical standards; drives excellence and innately collaborative. Understands how to be effective operating across geographies and cultures.
