Key Responsibilities includes (but not limited to):
1. Ensure all operations are conducted safely in line with Goal Zero, in compliance with safety regulations, site HSE standards and TENDERER's HSSE Management procedures and requirements across all COMPANY's offices and sites in Bukom and Jurong Island.
2. Conducts regular safety audits and/or necessary training to ensure safety compliance by all personnel, including any staff, subcontractors and vendors.
3. Understanding when it is necessary to seek advice from COMPANY's HSSE Team, Real Estate Team and/or Head of Real Estate and consult for technical expertise to ensure the correct procedures are followed.
4. Managing compliance including standard operating procedures, purchasing, and statutory requirements (health and safety).
5. Comply with all Company & Client policies, site rules and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene and cleanliness.
6. To assist COMPANY in any auditing as necessary or required.
7. Support the HSSE Lead in HSE performance reviews, client reporting, service reviews, and contract SCOPE performance.
8. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to all contract and regulatory requirements.
