Roles and responsibilities:
  • As the HR Business Partner for Front office such as CB IB or divisional functions, you are responsible for embedding the people strategy for divisional teams spread across this region at branches & hubs, you will support by providing guidance and execution capabilities for the divisions by working closely with the leaders of those teams.
  • Additionally, you will coach managers in leading teams, living the Deutsche Bank values and provide HR consultation for employees in the division.
  • You will be required to work closely with other members of the HR team, and you will report directly to the Head of HR or senior HR BP.
  • Deliver people programmes and projects in line with organizational strategy.
  • Coach, influence and challenge managers and their teams, when needed to drive effective leadership and talent management.
  • Advocate HR strategies and solutions into the stakeholders and provide comprehensive communication and change management.
  • Implement talent management processes and support managers in developing their people.
  • Advise managers on linking performance to reward and deliver annual compensation review process.
  • Advise, train and support managers on ER culture and issues.
  • Support managers to determine resource requirements and make resourcing decisions.
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies. Requirements : Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Human Capital Management function primarily business partnering and having a broad understanding of learning, recruitment, reward preferably within a Financial Institution or Investment Bank. Outstanding Business Partner experience from other industry can be considered if that match with overall skill requirements. Broad knowledge of Singapore employment act and legislation impact on Human Capital Management Proven experience of excellent stakeholder management across business and front office functions, and building constructive partnerships with diverse stakeholders Strong communication and presentation skills, confident individual who articulates well Strong problem-solving abilities Strong analytical and project management skills, as well as use of data to drive results A change agent, ability to multitask and comfortable working with a certain degree of ambiguity How we’ll support you:
