To facilitate HR daily operations and assist with staff engagement activities.
Assist with HR daily operations.
Understand the company HR policies and assist with staff expenses claims process.
Participate and assist with staff engagement activities.
Provide people data analysis support when in need.
Prepare reports as required by management
Maintain proper inventory control
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
