Our client is a Japanese company that specializes in Manufacturing and selling pastries and sweets. They are looking for a Human Resource & Admin Assistant to assist the team.
\xe3\x80\x90What you will be working on\xe3\x80\x91
Responsible for the full cycle of the company\xe2\x80\x99s recruitment process such as hiring, employment contracts, orientation, and work training
Job vacancy posting, screen resumes received and conduct preliminary interviews before shortlisting potential candidates for interview with respective hiring managers
Manages Work-pass related matters inclusive of application/renewals, follow-up, appeals, cancellation, and support in areas of regulatory/MOM reporting
company HR regulations. review internal regulations, make proposals, manage, and provide support for solving staff problems based on regulations.
Human resource development support services such as staff training at the time of joining the company, regular training, skill development, etc.
Creation and management of personnel data. Analyze your aptitudes from data and encourage you to capitalize on your strengths
Market research and recommendations for the talent market. Salary market, benefits, industry trends, etc.
Develop and manage information management policies. Includes the formulation and enforcement of rules related to information management, PC management, staff training, etc.
Labor management support. This includes attendance management, workplace-wide health, and safety, mental health support, etc.
Payroll duty will be assigned from time to time
Assist in all other Admin duties in the HR Department
Assist on other HR projects as and when required
Requirement

Possess a Diploma in any field
Able to speak English and Mandarin to liaise with native-speaking counterparts
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR-related position in the same company
Working Hour
8:30 ~ 17:30
