To provide day-to-day support in broad spectrum HR and Administrative functions
To assist in recruitment process (e.g., advertise, shortlisting, arranging & participate in interviews)
To assist on preparation of employment documentations (e.g., contract, appraisals, letters)
To provide support, manage and co-ordinate all training activities including enrolment, payment request, disseminate course confirmation, participant training evaluation, updating training records, etc., to assist in preparing for appraisal exercise
Work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellation).
To assist in consolidating timesheet and leave forms monthly
To assist in preparing and processing payroll monthly
Ensures timely updates of employee P-files and records in system
To provide support for all insurance claim matters; including but not limited to liaising with employees, brokers, lawyers, and medical institution on required treatment, claim documents, claim status, etc ((i.e., WIC, FWMI, GHS, GPA)
Liaise with government agencies (i.e., MOM, MOH, ESG, EDB, ICA) on office administration, personnel, and legal matters.
Constantly monitor if there is any new or amendments to the Employment Act & Employment regulations
b. Administration
Maintenance of Company\xe2\x80\x99s property \xe2\x80\x93 e.g., office/ computer equipment and communications infrastructure
Manage and ordering stationery and pantry supplies
