Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, interview scheduling, and applicant coordination
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing staff
Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documents as needed
Manage leave records, attendance tracking, and staff databases
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team
Coordinate with external agencies or vendors on HR-related matters when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess a Diploma/Degree in any discipline or equivalent experience
Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
