Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions.
Enhancing the organization\'s human capital planning, implementing and evaluating employee relation, HR policies, programs and practices.
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and on boarding
Work closely with the hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of the needs of the position and develop/execute effective recruitment plans for each requisition.
Providing HR policy guidance to members of the Company in all regions, ensuring compliance of Group policies, rules and procedures.
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.
Ensuring compliance with all prevailing laws, rules and regulations.
Working with management to create standard operating procedures.
Requirements
Diploma in human resources, business or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
