Job Description

HR Duties:

  • Manage the hiring process: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and onboard new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and files.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Help organize company events and engagement activities.
  • Support managers with HR-related tasks and policies.
Admin Duties:
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors (like cleaners, suppliers, etc.).
  • Handle basic office maintenance and IT support coordination.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for staff if required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
  • Degree of Diploma in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR and/or Admin role.
  • Good understanding of basic HR practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable working with people.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity in a marine company is a plus.
