We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR & Administrative Executive. You will support various HR functions and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and managing related administrative tasks
Ensuring compliance with local HR policies and procedures, and liaising with relevant authorities as needed
Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal files, contract renewals, and salary increments
Implementing and managing HR software systems
Coordinating with external parties for matters related to ISO, insurance renewals, and applications
Preparing, printing, and organizing documents for operational use
Supporting payroll processes and ensuring timely and accurate submissions
Collaborating with HR team members to implement solutions that support business growth
Managing internal databases such as leave records (e.g., sick leave, maternity leave)
Assisting with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) applications and related duties
Performing other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources or Administrative role
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
