Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative and clerical duties
  • Responsible for maintaining HR/Admin documentation including data entry, filing and etc
  • Update daily, weekly and monthly attendance report
  • Computing of overtime for our workers
  • Assist with work pass applications and monitoring of expiry dates
  • Check and submit employees\' leave and claim
  • Renew and update company contract, agreement license and etc
  • Assisting with the management of QOHS System (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures including phone screenings and face-to-face interviews
  • Ensure payroll is performed at timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative or event-related duties if required
Requirements:
  • Only Singaporeans
  • Qualification: Diploma / N/O Level
  • Immediate position. Looking for suitable candidate who is able to start work immediately
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and someone who is well-organised
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR
Working Hours:
  • Mon to Fri 8am-5:15pm
  • Alternate Sat 8am-12pm (work from home)
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month Benefits:
