What this job involves

You will be part of an exciting journey to build a solid foundation for yourself as a Human Resources professional.

This programme will give you a flavour of what it takes to work in one of our Human resource functions. Working closely under the mentorship of an experienced human resource professional, you will gain a better understanding of some of the daily tasks related to their area of expertise.

In addition, you will be able to participate in soft skills training sessions and peer networking events that bolster your development as a HR professional.

We help you build your foundation, so that you can craft your own career path into a specialisation of your expertise and passion.

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

You are currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or similar relevant discipline. Friends describe you as a well-rounded individual who is passionate in real estate and well versed in HR-related industry trends. You see yourself as an excellent communicator with a team player mind-set.

Someone high in integrity, open, highly adaptable and possess a positive learning attitude, you are confident in yourself and driven in your work with a hunger to succeed.
