JOB DESCRIPTION
A. Human Resource Support
Oversee all HR related matters and ensure that HR practices are compliant with MOM regulations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
Assist with placement of recruitment advertisement.
Handle work pass matters for foreign employees.
Ensure that employee records, staff insurance policies, leave records, and records with relevant government departments are up-to-date.
Ensure course grants, government paid maternity leave, childcare leave and paternity leave are submitted.
Review and submit employee-related surveys.
B. Payroll Support
Administration and timely execution of payroll, CPF contributions and tax matters in a timely manner.
Uploading of salary.
C. General Admininistrative Support
Handle renewal of licences and legal-related matter correspondences.
Manage documentation, data entry, and filing.
Attending to correspondences.
Handle general administrative duties.
REQUIREMENTS
Able to communicate effectively in a clear, concise, and professional manner, both verbal and written.
Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership with a \xe2\x80\x98can-do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude.
Adaptive, with positive personality to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
