Job Description

Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Head of Human Resource Department and under the supervision of the Coordinator 1 for Recruitment, Staffing and Employee Documentation, processes appointments of employees and documentation of the records of employees.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepares and processes appointments/contracts including cycle time of the following: Faculty Members, Non-Teaching Employees, Coaches
  • Regularly updates the employee master list/profile based on approved recommendees
  • Maintains and updates employee data on CSTI, EARS 2, HRIS, Registrar's Program, CARES
  • Monitors status of graduate studies of probationary faculty members
  • Processes reappointment to teach of faculty members
  • Processes reappointment to teach of faculty members
  • Processes lateral transfer of non teaching employees
  • Routes and monitors letters of resignation and retirement
Job Specifications: Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or other related courses; Prior to experience in the field of general HR is preferred, but not required.Core Competencies: Communication, Interpersonal Relations, Problem Solving, Data Analysis, Organization, Creativity, Speed, AccuracySpecific Skill Requirement: Computer literate especially in MS Office applications, particularly in MS Excel, Superior oral and written communciation skills in both English and FilipinoJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php16,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per monthBenefits:
