Executes all Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee lifecycle change processes and additional Tier 2 processes, such a Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and LOA's
Resolves a typical issues and is likely to act as a resource to others, utilizing knowledge to find the best solution to the employee's query
Understands trade-offs and when to escalate
Is a skilled specialist at recognizing and providing solutions to employee questions
Manages HR Systems data and files, ensuring accuracy, completion, and that all are up-to date
Reacts quickly to HR Systems updates and ensures data accuracy, engagement in system UAT
Provides standard reporting to HR stakeholders and line manager-
Understands end-to-end processes deeply and can easily assist in all steps of a multiple step process.
Supports full region and global processes
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
HR experience, in various HR disciplines (or payroll departments) is a plus
Experience preferred in a HR Shared Services/centralized customer service environment Call and/or case management technology knowledge experience a plus
HRIS experience with Workday exposure advantageous
You have validated customer service orientation with a real passion for supporting customer need
Ability to work effectively in situations which may involve confidential or sensitive matters
Have a strong drive for problem solving
You possess utmost attention to detail and commitment of ownership
Demonstrated ability of working well within a distributed, collaborative environment.
