Job Description

Manage time attendance system and review timesheets for payroll processing. Manage the onboarding and offboarding process. Manage all work pass related matters. Create, maintain, and update all leave records, including all government leave claim submission.Manage the onboarding and offboarding process. Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records, HR databases, and documentation. Coordinate & arrange interview. Post job ads on job portals. Conduct initial round of screening, gather all the required details. Assist HR Manager in day to day activities. Screened, interviewed, and assessed candidates in volumes under different requisitions to determine their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
