The assistant must be able to work remotely and be responsible for deliverables & timelines given. The assistant will be working together with the HR Representative of Analytix-Online Pte Ltd to meet the hiring needs of the company.
Applicants should be meticulous, detail oriented, & sharp as the role requires careful recording & keeping track of hiring related activities. There are a total of 4 hiring cycles in each calendar year in which the assistant will be actively involved in.
2.5 day work weeks with weekly check-in meetings. This role is not a permanent full time position. Within a year, only 4 out of 12 months of active involvement is required.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment activities such as: . Posting of s using the HR management tool (Workable) . Management of the different schools' job portal accounts such as NTU Career Axis, NUS IAAS etc. . Basic screening of resumes . Scheduling of interviews with shortlisted applicants . Participate in interviews . Record performance appraisal
