Responsibilities: Handle all work pass-related matters (e.g. application, renewal, cancellation) Track and perform work pass and contract renewal Coordinate and arrange for work-pass medical examination and processing Assist in the recruitment process Ensure all employee records are appropriately maintained Maintain HR database and filing system. Assist in the preparation of HR-related letters and employment contracts Coordinate training and development initiatives for all employees. Liaise with various stakeholders and external parties for training requirements. Liaise with internal trainers and external vendors for scheduling and conducting courses. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, events, surveys, etc.). Assist with dormitory-related matters Requirements: Minimum Certificate in Human Resource Management or Higher NITEC in Human Resources & Administration. IHRP Certification preferred Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice Competencies Self-starter and team player Conscientious and organized Good communication and interpersonal skills The position will be based at Lim Chu Kang.
