Job Description


Duties Manpower

  • To ensure adequate manpower to run the clinics and intervention centres
  • Manage Leaves and Leave Application System
  • To manage new hiring, interviews and onboarding of new employees, and the paper works involved.
  • To manage termination of service and the paper works involved
  • To handle disputes among staffs
  • To ensure the hiring process is in line with employment acts and market practices.
  • All other issues pertaining to manpower.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or its equivalent
  • 1-3 years of HR experience
  • Good communication skills, ability to connect and understand people at all position levels
  • Familiarity with MOM employment regulations including work passes
