Support full L&D function for the Society
Manage whole cycle of training administration including but not limited to, registration of courses, application and monitoring of funding grants, verify and processing of training invoices, coordinating in-house training courses, course evaluation, etc
Coordinate HR induction and site visits for new hires
Manage sponsorships and scholarships programs
Manage full cycle of internship attachments, including fulfilling requests, coordination with Hiring Managers and tertiary institutions, verification and payments to interns, etc
Assist in the development and maintenance of in-house Learning Management System
Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor and management
Successful candidate will be stationed at our Corporate HQ Office in Middle Road
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
Candidates with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in training administration will be considered for Senior roles
Minimum 1 year in a Social Service Agency (SSA) or NGO preferred, but not mandatory
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Familiar with Employment Act and government-related claims process
Experience in NCSS, SkillsFuture, WSQ and other government funding applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills and meticulous
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Work Schedule:
Mondays - Fridays
8.30 am - 5.30 pm
