Job Description

Responsibilities



Responsible for the full spectrum of HRBP functions for one of the core businesses. Deeply involved in the business and providing solid HR professional support. Managing the employee life cycle in a strategic way for the corresponding business team. Build, motivate and optimize the organisation to enable the business. Assist in all other ad-hoc duties.



Requirements



At least 5 years of relevant work experience. Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Management or equivalent. Good communication and writing skills. Result-oriented and goal-driven. Must be able to work independently. Knowledge of Labor/ employment laws. * Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking counterparts in China
