Job Description

You will play a pivotal role as a Business Partner to build a robust SMB Team. We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to support our Head of Department in managing performance initiatives, operational activities, and day-to-day priorities. This role acts as a key bridge between the HOD and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination, data tracking, and execution of key projects.





What You Will Do:



Assist the HOD in managing departmental KPI and performance management. Act as a liaison between HOD and cross-functional teams to coordinate tasks, and initiatives. Follow up on action items and project deadlines with various team members. Support business operations, data analysis, and process improvements. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and communications. Prepare presentation slides, reports, and summaries for internal meetings. Coordinate administrative tasks for the HOD. Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management to support the departments operations.



What We Look For:



Relevant working experiences as business operations, admin operations, or related fields. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related fields. Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills. Analytical mindset with basic Excel/reporting skills. * Able to work independently, with a high level of responsibility and initiative.
