Human Resource Coordinator
Temp / Temp, convertible to Perm
Location: Orchard
Working hours: Mon-Fri, office hours
Salary: $10/hour (temp)
Job scope:
- Search suitable resumes through various portals and database
- Phone screening to assess if the candidate is suitable for the role
- Perform profile matching of suitable candidates to the available job vacancies
- Conduct interview professionally
- Post job advertisements to attract suitable candidate pool
- Eventually, you will gain exposure of the complete cycle of Recruitment by learning how to do Talent Acquisition and Internal Recruitment.
- You will escalate to your mentor to manage and learn candidate management.
- You will have exposure to learn the requirements of the different internal positions.
- Learn to work and perform in teams
- Hone the individuals people management skills, communication and soft skills.
- Learn about the different personality types and analyse them.
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any course
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Passion for human resources
- Min 3 months commitment
- Full on job training will be provided
