JOB SCOPE
Human Resource Operations Officer will reports directly to the Human Resource Manager in executing the functions in recruitment activities, shortlisting of applicants, posting of job postings, registration of employess in training sessions.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Drafting, posting and shortlisting of applicants for the available positions.
2. Liaising with the Hiring Managers for the arrangements of interview sessions.
3. Offering of employment to the selected applicants.
4. Conducting onboarding session for all newly appointed employees on the first day of employment.
5. Conduct orientation session for all newly joined employees.
6. Assist in registrating of training sessions for the session heads.
7. Liaising with the Training Center for training documents i.e. courses outlines for the employees.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Possess a Bachelor in Human Resource Management or Human Capital Management.
2. Good interpersonal communication skills.
3. Able to commence employment immediately or within short notice.
4. Have a strong passion in the field of human resource management
