Day to day client engagement role and account management, interacting & coordination with managers in terms of getting the requirements, arranging drives/interviews, work closely with the hiring managers in terms of fulfilment of the requirements.
Work closely with delivery team and ensure all requirements shared to delivery team.
Work closely with operation teams in terms of onboarding matters.
Secondary support involving HR business partnering activities, coordinating onboarding-offboarding matters, employee retention related to consultants, Handling reports in excel and Powerpoint presentations.
Recruitment and evaluating/ screening resumes / profiles.
