Duties & Key Responsibilities Responsible for all account receivables functions Process billings in the financial system, and ensure billings are accurate and timely Check/verify and ensure that the employee claim is up to date on MYOB accounting system Deliver accurate and timely quality outputs. Assist/prepare month end reports and schedules Verification of monthly staff claims in payroll software Administrative work relating to HR tasks, payroll, hiring, onboarding and offboarding Review key elements of our benefits, assess and implement changes to our benefits and welfare policies Implement performance management initiatives and tools such as annual performance appraisal, ranking and promotion exercise as well as talent attraction and retention programmes, career development plans and succession plans. Recommend value-adding process/ system suggestions and initiatives to our current process. Any other ad-hoc duties, including HRGoalsEnsure MYOB records are correct and completeTransformation of our HR policies with particular focus on Benefits and Rewards Framework.Requirements Bachelors in Accounting/Professional qualification, such as ACCA/Human Resource Management Meticulous, responsible, independent and detail-oriented Competent in MS word and excel Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Ideally at least 3 years of experience in policy development or HR work Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of current rewards initiatives and recommend improvements to strategy in alignment with the organisation's needs.
