Provide support in day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes.
Responsible for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
Manage all worker-related matters, such as course enrollments,
certifications, work permits, and dormitory arrangements.
Ensure all HR documentation is up to date, including employment contracts, HR policies, and training records.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
