Job Description

• Well known Air-conditioning Company
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week | 8.30am - 6.00pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,800

Responsibilities:

• Specialised in end-to-end recruitment functions which include from onboarding (job postings, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, reference checking, and making salary proposal and job offers) to separations
• Analysing and monitoring the resourcing needs, headcounts approvals, budget, preparation of key manpower indexes for management reporting
• Updating of monthly organisation chart Partner recruitment agencies on hiring needs
• Support expats entry and onboarding processes
• Handle work pass application, renewal, and issuance

Requirements

• Possess at least a Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment and business partnering
• Experience in using HRMS (Prosoft preferred)
