Processing of payroll including CPF contributions and payments accurately
Maintain complete and updated employee records relating to remuneration
Handle the application of work passes applications and renewals
Manage and review of compensation and benefits
Oversee employee relations, disciplinary and grievance issues
Ensure all HR practices are in compliance with local employment law and regulations
Assist in annual performance appraisal process
Maintain leave and attendance records
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with Employment Act & CPF Act is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
