Manage HR functions including of recruitment, compensation and benefits, and co-ordination of staff
Oversee and ensure accuracy in monthly payroll processing
Responsible for government statutory submission such as CPF contributions, Skill developments levy & Foreign worker levy
Process year end IR8As,IR21,AIS and ensuring that the group complies with all Inland Revenue Authority (IRAS) and Central Provident Fund (CPF) regulations
Participate in government survey
Administer Work Pass related matters (EPOL & WPOL on application / renewal /termination)
Assists in Government Licenses applications and renewals
Assist in Managing Company insurances
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Good communication and negotiation skill
