Recruitment and selection, performing reference checks, issuing letters of offer, and staff onboarding.
Work pass application, renewal, and cancellation.
Compensation and Benefits, Probation Confirmation, and managing Performance Appraisal cycle.
Maintain and upkeep leave records and personal files.
Staff training and development administration.
Manpower-related surveys and submissions to relevant authorities.
Review policies, processes, improvement, and implementation.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
