Actively support the Committee and Human Resource Department in organising employee bonding activities and Welfare and Health (WAH) activities.
Handling of employee grievances, conduct exit interview and enhance bonding among employees.
Manage monthly payroll processing, CPF Submission, including year-end reporting to IRAS.
Review and ensure Human Resource policies are consistent and current with market trends and practices.
Responsible for Human Resource Management Systems (e-Claims, e-Payroll, e-TMS, e-Leave).
Oversee training related matters such as course application, course registration, training effectiveness and monitoring of training grants.
Handles the full cycle of Work Injury Claims based on WICA regulations.
Assist in the administration and general affairs in the admin office.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
