Handle work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellation)
Maintain up-to-date HR database
Manage recruitment process (advertisement; arrange interview, on-boarding, off-boarding letters and related matters)
Maintain and update employee leave record
Administer employee medical claims
Maintain/update company contact list, organisation chart
Handle government agencies surveys
Submission of government paid leave, NS claims and other government claims
Job Requirements:
Min Diploma in Human Resource or relevant qualifications
At least 1 full year of work experience in a HR generalist role
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Singapore labour law and compliance
