HR Executive/ 5 days, PERM@ West Area with Transport Pick from Jurong East MRT.

• Client: A1, Main Contractor Water plant, Oil & Gas Etc.
• Location: West Area, Company Transport pick up from Jurong East MRT
• Working Hrs: 5 days/ Mon - Fri.
• Salary: $ 3.8 - $ 4.5K, With a year-end bonus.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Strictly NO Quota for Any Work Passes

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• Reporting to Senior HR Executive / Manager
• At least 3 years experience in Singapore HR Operations
• Experience in using HRMS (Prosoft preferred)
• Strong comprehension and communication skills, both written and spoken, to interface with all levels of people internally and externally
• Have a positive mindset with an openness to accept additional challenges and opportunities that come along
• Willing to work in the West Area.

Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment team
• Reporting to Senior HR Executive / Manager
• Responsible for employee life-cycle, from onboarding to separations
• Partner recruitment agencies on hiring needs
• Handle work pass application, Quota, renewal, and issuance liaise with MOM
• Employment Contracts and Training Etc.
• Support ex-pats entry and onboarding processes
• Attend to all transfer requests
• Provide input for mandatory surveys
• Perform any other duties as assigned and requested by the superior
